Motivation

Thank you for your encouragement on this big goal of being debt free! And if you were possibly spammed by my e-mail on Tuesday, I sincerely apologize! I certainly was not trying to get you to sign important documents on Google Drive!

Back when I blogged regularly, I also read blogs ALLLL the time. To the point that if I was looking at my phone for more than a minute, the only explanation was that I was reading blogs. If I ever had a to-do list that didn't get finished, it was because I got distracted reading blogs.

And for the most part, they were all financial blogs. It was excellent motivation. Seeing people working towards the sames goals I had, learning their tips and tricks, and staying accountable to people who cared about finance even more than I did was a powerful thing. I was such a personal finance blog nerd!

When I logged back into Blogger on Sunday and looked at Pinterest to reference a few motivational quotes etc, I came across this pin:

So I clicked on it and boom! I was sucked back into the world of people writing about making positive changes to their finance. And that blog linked to another blog and all the sudden I felt happy to be back in my element.

Having a daily read helped my mindset when it comes to paying off debt and I'm thrilled to get back into that. Mentality is the biggest part of paying off debt and it's certainly been lacking lately.

In addition to the link above, here are some of my favorite personal finance bloggers in case you're looking for motivation too:

Sallie & Perkins (much more than personal finance here - Erin is awesome!)

I hope to have their kind of financial accomplishments one day soon!

What are your favorite blogs?
